Service was fantastic! Installation was scheduled and completed very quickly! I am very satisfied with my experience. Sales was great - I was able to get an estimate over a weekend since it was too difficult for me to schedule an appointment due the work week. That was VERY convenient and made it much easier for me. The installation was scheduled within a couple of days of the estimate! I didn't have to wait long at all! The alarm tech explained everything to me very clearly. The product is so easy to use and I love the remote access from my cell phone! The monthly expense is minimal and my peace of mind is priceless! Thank you ATP! I highly recommend installing or switching to them!

My overall experience with American Total Protection was absolutely remarkable. Being in a major city I was uneasy about living alone, and leaving my personal belongings alone for a extended period of time. I had to make a decision. The staff in Salem not only installed my alarm system in a short amount of time, they took the time to educate me about my new alarm system. They offer more than affordable rates for any of there systems. You will not regret dealing with this company, nor be let down by the performance of there alarms. I finally feel comfortable leaving my home!

One word to describe my experience with ATP? Phenomenal! I recently moved to the area from LA and was in the market for a security system. The salesman I initially contacted was extremely helpful and very informative. Since this was my first home purchase, I did not have much knowledge in this area. The salesman took the time to educate me on the different options and features available. He also gave me the time and space necessary to make a well-informed decision. In the end, I chose the Honeywell Tuxedo Touch system and absolutely love it. I sleep like a baby every night knowing I'm protected with a top of the line security system. Thank you, ATP!

The ATP Salem team was a real pleasure to work with. Having virtually no knowledge of security systems, it was nice dealing with a professional, informed, and efficient staff. The whole process was smooth and affordable, and their service has been refreshingly great. A very user-friendly product. Highly recommend for anyone in the market for a new system :)
