Pro Technologies has always been incredibly helpful with any requests my organization needs. As a company that relies on access cards for over 400 members, I have always been impressed with the speed at which Joseph and the rest of the team have helped us get our security system running smoothly if things ever need to be adjusted. My wife and I have been customers of Pro Technologies for approximately eight months. We are absolutely impressed with the high levels of customer service and the rapid response. Previously we were involved with one of the large national companies that was slow to respond, had long expensive contracts and only cared about their monthly fee. Steve's assembled an exceptional company of consummate professionals. From your first call (to Joseph) to the field service technicians, these people are firmly results-oriented - they "get it". Most recently, they tirelessly worked on a complicated issue I was experiencing with my cable company's 2 VoIP phone lines and the Pro Technology house alarm system. The cable company's inferior (barely-English-speaking) customer service trashed both phone lines and severely degraded the house alarm's capability. Knowing the underlying problem wasn't their fault, PTech sent a talented young service tech named Matt to help undo the mess. He made some elaborate wiring changes and restored the alarm to full functionality before the cable company had even finished restoring all the lost "features" that I'm paying for! The proverbial "cable guy" was clueless when viewing Matt's handiwork - so I didn't let him touch it! lol Matt's dedication to "getting it right" was obvious and refreshing. Cudos to him and the whole organization behind him.
