The gentlemen that came to do my install were very knowledgeable and experienced. for first time users, they were able to demonstrate everything with ease. they also offered their number to call with any questions.. Well done..

Beware this is NOT ADT, although every piece of literature they give you has ADT in bold and your payments are made to ADT. We were only made aware of this when we terminated early. We sold our house and called ADT to find out what the early termination fee was. We were told by ADT on multiple occasions that as long as the new buyers use ADT, there is no early termination fee. The new owners went with ADT, then months later we were contacted by rude, aggressive collection agents at Defenders. Explained the situation and even conferenced in ADT who agreed, we were not to be charged the early termination fee ($400 on top of the hundreds of dollars spent on installed equipment that had to stay with the house). Defenders still persisted with their collection calls, and told us ADT has no authority to dictate our contract (which again, had ADT in BOLD), so we just paid them. Our experience with their customer service was just horrible.

The installer sent was absolutely phenomenal. He explained everything in detail, did a complete walkthrough of the system, answered every question, and was just a pleasure to deal with. . Superb Installation and instruction..

Great service, very professional. Everything was explained in detail so we could make an informed decision about which products to purchase. They didn't try to oversell. Neat & professional installation.. Very professional.
