Auction Company of America

One of the worst auction, I've been to, their own employees bidding against the people, "Scam" when confronted the said it's nothing wrong! Beware liars, scammers!!!

They "auctioned" my mother-in-law's estate sale when the bank foreclosed on her house. She had close to 8-10 thousand worth of stuff (on the conservative end) and they came back with a total of $1,200 (none of which she ever saw). I don't know if they had some cronies come in and bid low or if they just stole the merchandise, but it was a terribly emotion experience for the whole family. I would recommend donating things to Goodwill before having this company "auction" your things. I would not recommend them for anything. They are the most dishonest and crooked company I've encountered in my 10 years in Miami.

My mother went through a terrible divorce, had her home repossessed, then what little she had left she had auctioned by Jim Gall. Out of the $10,000 she had worth, she received a mere $1,200. Jim and his company are liars and thieves. My mother was still in the grieving process and then had to deal with this major loss. I believe they had bidders planted so they can get away with the low prices. Do not go to Jim, he will rip you off like he did to my mom.
