Great, rare and & interesting collectibles!!!! A 1st class auction house with honest, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I always find unusual and rarely seen items to bid on and always walk out happy with my new acquisition. All the auction items are well displayed and have an accurate and detail descriptions posted on the Internet.

RESPONSE- The loss of my mother has nothing to do with how crooked you are. Your fluffed up response is not accurate. You mixed our items with someone else's We brought over a huge truck full of stuff. Value is not an issue but would have been better dealing with Salvation Army. If you were so good with your inventory why was NO ONE able to give us an itemized list from computer. We got a check for one item to start whan I called and asked the guy said things weren't checked in and someone likes that item.Then when I said things should be all checked in he went off on me saying they don't like being told what to do and that I should come get all of our items. You make used cars sales people look like saints. DO NOT USE THIS PERSON FOR YOUR FAMILY ESTATE. What is my opinion of this company? I have too much negative to say so I will condense it. If you are from out of town and in the unfortunate situation of having to clear out a loved one’s home and then heading back home out of state don’t use these people! Better to give it all to Goodwill and save yourself from dealing with these people on the phone long distance. In my opinion they are unfriendly, unorganized and lack professionalism.

Nice folks who know how to reach out and apologize for a small mistake. I believe the auction is being operated with a high degree of integrity based on my personal experiences with them.
