Audiology Associates of South Florida

Used to use this office a few years ago I had a decent experiences bringing my daughter in for tests and maintenance. I moved away and am now back and there have been staff changes. The staff seem to be inexperienced, rude and irritable. I called and left messages for the billing office for several days with no returned call. When I was finally able to get through I was given what I know to be incorrect information about my coverage. Upon questioning it and requesting a 3 way with my insurance company to clarify I was told that I should take my business elsewhere. Things seem to have gone down since we were last here. I will definitely take the advice and take my business elsewhere.

We have had a long journey of trying to find the right Doctor for our 6 year old sons hearing loss issues. Dr Sarah and her staff are awesome, they talk to him instead of at him and really care about how he is progressing.He actually likes coming to the office and that has never been the case at other places. I have been going to Audiology Associates for more than 10 years. They are very patient with me, and helped me transition from semi-digital to fully digital hearing aids. They have given me numerous no-commitment hearing aid trials. I have been able to contact Dr Roberta Randel in several opportunities with emergencies and she has always tried to help me out, even on weekends.

I have had a terrible experience with the staff at Audiology Associates. The office staff is unresponsive as well as rude. I would not recommend this practice.

Dr. Vanessa was awesome with my little guy and had a lot of paitence for him. The person who does scheduling was a bit rough around the edges altough I dont believe it was intentional, but defenitly could be improved upon to maintaince a level of professionalism. Overal, we were very happy with our experience!
