Decibels Audiology & Hearing Aid Center, LLC

I was hesitant about getting my hearing tested, but so many friends told me their physicians highly recommended Decibels so I decided to give it a try. This office was calm and comfortable...not like any other medical office I have been to. Janet in the front office was so warm and inviting and she bakes fresh cookies every day! Adriana was very easy to talk to and explained everything to me so I could understand my hearing test. Best part of all is that I didn't even need a hearing aid! She is going to have me come back for annual visits at no charge to test my hearing! I tell everyone I know that has trouble hearing or wants a baseline hearing test that the only place to go in Naples is to Decibels Audiology at the Michigan Avenue office and see Janet and Adriana!

I am totally pleased with Decibel's Audiology on Michigan St.As a person who has worn hearing aids for the past four years,I was very pleased with the professionalism and non pushy nature of everyone - especially my audiologist Adriana. She gave me a demo pair to use, to be sure I was totally satisfied with them,before I ordered my new set.I have touted Decibels and all their personnel to many people when the subject of hearing and hearing aids comes up. They have exceptional service when returning for cleaning or adjustments. Adriana is a true professional who is concerned with my hearing health. The best thing I can say is that I would recommend them to everyone that has hearing difficulty. As a new permanent resident of Naples, FL - I plan to stay with Adriana and Decibels Audiology. I have worn hearing aids for years. I had heard great things about Decibels so I wanted to check them out while looking for a new pair. I didn’t have to wait at all, the testing equipment was new and modern, and the service and pricing are good for any budget. I have so many friends and family Decibels has helped also. It is the only place to go in Naples for your hearing health. Janet makes you feel right at home and Adriana is so easy to work with.

We are so happy we chose Decibels over another local hearing aid company for my Mom's hearing aids. I love that they have so many different brands to choose from - they have the right aid for your needs and for your budget. Everyone was friendly and professional and my mom got her hearing aids super fast! My mom can hear us again, which is great for ALL of us. Thank you, Decibels!!

Decibels exceeded my expectations. I wasn’t excited to go in but the whole crew there were so nice. Michael, Janet, and Adriana were great. I tell everyone about my hearing aids and tell them to go to Decibels. They go out of their way to make you hear the very best and take their time and don’t rush you. The free batteries and unlimited service is great too!
