Decibels Audiology & Hearing Aid Center, LLC

I didn't want to believe that I needed hearing aids. I was very hesitant to go to the doctors. Once there the wonderful staff put my mind at ease. The hearing test was very easy to do. And Dr Thomas explained the results to me. I finally came to terms with the fact that I needed a hearing aid. She helped me find the right one for me. I will be recommending this office to all my friends.

The experience I had Decibels was great! I was finally able to get my dad to take a hearing test (which is free). We found out that he needed hearing aids and our audiologist, Sarah, was so patient with us. She took the time to show us the different manufacturers and type of hearing aids that would work best for him. There is no pressure to buy, although my father finally did! Customer Service here is excellent! I can’t thank Sarah and the Decibel team enough for helping my dad and giving my mom her sanity back now that he can hear!

The Michigan Avenue office is convenient and very nice. Adriana answered all my questions and helped guide me to the ideal aids for me. You have to love Janet who always follows up to remind you of appointments and always greets you warmly. I have never waited in the waiting room over the four or five times I visited. I love the free batteries. Highly recommended!

Decibels Audiology was referred to us by the Alzheimers Support Network. They helped us through some difficulties. They have very good examination rooms and test equipment. They are honest and provide good service after the sale.Dr. Thomas has taught me much and was able to repair and get me going right at the office.

Amazing group of people. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left I felt like I was the most important person there. Customer service is top notch! They made the process of getting my hearing aids so easy. Thank you Decibels for helping to hear my grandchildren again.
