From the start I had complete confidence in Harbor Audiology. Their service is excellent. Never a high pressure sell, believe they have the patients best interest in mind and are not out to line their pockets at your expense. I highly recommend them. Their after market service is great also..

Dr. Gauthier is very responsive and has a most professional appraoch to hearing disabilities. I have never felt as if he was "selling" a particular brand. He is easy to see, generally, and his asst. Renee is also a delight to deal with
