Audry was very thorough and professional with my initial fitting and follow-up. The aids were quickly comfortable and I was able to hear well with just minor adjustments. No thoughts of returning them during the trial period. Thank you Audry and her staff.

Don and the group at Sound Advice are the best. They've been taking care of my partner and I for YEARS! Always patient and very caring. I originally didn't think I needed aides (we were there for my partner whose hearing loss is serious). Don let me try some aides for a week or two...couldn't believe the difference! I've never looked back and I know that along with top of the line hearing aides I get top of the line care!

I have been very happy with Sound Advice Hearing Solutions. I avoided getting hearing aids for a long time and finally pulled the trigger. They are very knowledgeable, have the latest testing and hearing devices, are very customer service oriented, and friendly. I checked several other hearing specialists and Sound Advice Hearing Solutions prices were very competitive. There was no pressure to purchase and they were very interested in what was best for my situation. I highly recommend!

I had gone to a ENT doctor to have my hearing checked and discovered what I thought to be true: I needed hearing aids. I had decided to check out three different hearing aid suppliers. The first place I went to was quite disappointing. They spent only 20 minutes with me. Besides telling me what the best devices on the market were, very little information was given. I went online, did some research and came to the conclusion that their opinion on the top of the line was accurate. Then I went to Sound Advice in St. Pete. What a different experience! Audrey wound up spending almost two hours with us. She was completely knowledgeable, friendly and understanding. Needless to say I walked out of there with the top of the line hearing aids, so grateful that I was in such good hands. I cancelled my appointment with the third place!
