Dr. Wong has been a pleasure and blessing to me through the whole entire process. She made it so simple and easy for me to adjust to my new hearing aids. She is always available to help me if I have questions. I thought hearing aids were for old people and would not like them but I can tell you today I would not trade them for anything. I love my hearing aids. I can't do without them. I would recommend everyone to her who needs hearing aids. Thank you Dr. Wong.

I moved to a whole new state and needed to find an audiologist and after looking online for several weeks I decided to go see Dr. Wong, and I can tell you that I have never had such an AMAZING experience. She was thourough with everything, I mean everything. She made sure she attended to all of your needs and answered all of your questions. Very pleased with Dr. Wong and her staff.

I have been deployed in War Zones for the last 10 years to include Iraq and Afghanistan and all the rockets, mortars and firing of different weapons took a toll on my hearing . Therefore, I became withdrawn and ill tempered. I used captions to watch TV and could not hear computer videos. My problem was comprehension, not loudness. I called Dr. Wong and she was kind enough to promptly see me after I described my dilemma. Dr Wong has changed my life. I can now hear TV, listen to videos and now can and do listen to my wife. She is a true professional, and pays attention to detail. I am pleased to recommend her to anyone with a hearing problem.I could not adapt to the first pair of hearing aids fitted in and she made sure she found a pair I could adapt too and i love them. She is by far one of the nicest and most professional Doctor i have ever dealt with . I highly recommend her and her staff, She goes above and behond to make sure you have the best equipment and that you are a 100% satisfied. Thomas Dawson

A great experience overall. A very clean office, pleasant personnel, great products, great service, what more can one say. Dr. Wong was so easy to work with, I was never rushed or forced into anything. Anyone looking for help with terrible hearing like me, give Dr. Wong a chance to help you, she will not let you down.

Words can not explain how grateful I am to Dr. Wong for the amazing care she has given my daughter over the years. She is the most compassionate doctor I have ever had in my life. Dr. Wong really listens to a patient and their concerns and is able to hear what is not being said to her. She has gone above and beyond to help my family and you will never find a better audiologist!
