Peter and Kathy were professional and very nice. Not very long wait time. The office could provide insurance information whether Medicare would pay for laser tx. They gave me codes to call MC, but still uncertain if they will pay. My guess is not because of cosmetic aspect. Office should know that. Please provide self-pay rate. Otherwise things went very well.

Very friendly and thorough. The wait was pretty long my appt was at 4:45 they called me and asked me to come in at 4:30 so I did but I didnt get called back until 5:15. Other then the wait I had a great experience.

Complete disrespect of my time. I show up for my 12:30 PM appointment, and I allotted for 1.5 hours away from work. It’s 1:00 PM and still haven’t been seen. I ask the receptionist and he said there was even a few more ahead of me. How is she going to do an hour long total skin exam in time, even if she were to see my in the next 5 minutes? I get furious when doctors do this and act like only their time is precious and ours is not.

Initial appointment as a new patient went great. Audrey, the PA, is terrific. Everyone seems very intelligent and professional and I already trust them for next steps!

A very good experience. I went in for a routine skin cancer screening. (I'd never had one and I thought it was time.) I did not actually see Dr. Bruell. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They conducted the exam in an efficient manner and were appropriately reassuring (none of the moles removed out of an abundance of caution turned out to be dangerous). I will go back there in a year for a re-check. Recommended.
