Unfriendly, uninformed office staff that tells me they can't do a complete exam because I am a new patient. After I am an established patient, they will be able to provide me complete medical treatment. They also try to tell me that I need a referral when I am in an open HMO plan that they are registered under. The office staffs lack of training and obvious ignorance is a big tip off to stay away from this practice.

Unhappy with GAIL’s service. You would think while representing your company, working the front desk she would show at least a decent amount of respect for your potential clients calling. I found her to be rude, unfriendly and unknowledgeable on procedures the office provides.

Don't judge this place too quickly. I had trouble finding the place.This office was on the second floor.The building is... awful. The layout is confusing and a bit uneasy. The front desk staff is a little bit unprofessional, talking about their phones and gossiping, being a bit short with the patients. They weren't rude to us, and I don't mind that they were talking to each other, but I was hoping they'd be more friendly. It isn't a huge deal because obviously we weren't there to see them. The doctor was the most important part. In our experience he doesn't just walk in and out, he really talks to you. He cares about what you're dealing with and will recommend a doctor if he isn't the right fit. He also said that he would call us instead of setting up a follow-up because we lived so far away. Despite the problems, I'd go to him again. It's hard to find doctors that will actually listen to you and find the best fit for YOU not just what they assume, this doctor was perfect with that. In conclusion, don't take it personally with the staff, the doctor seems worth it.
