I've been going to Lifetime Dermatology for years and wouldn't go anywhere else. I feel like Dr. Hern truly listens to my concerns and questions and takes the time to explain my options. You can tell she enjoys her profession and caring for her patients. I'd highly recommend!

Love this place! The staff is very friendly and helpful - Lisa and the other front desk ladies are so sweet (: Jessica is an amazing PA and I don't know what I'd do without her. My acne and other skin issues are all under control thanks to her. Would highly recommend this place for all your skin needs!!

I love love love it here! I met with Jessica Louca for a consolation re: the rosacea on my cheeks. Jessica recommended I get the Genesis V laser treatment. I'm going to be honest, the laser doesn't feel great but the results are worth it. Not only did the laser reduce my redness, it got rid of my dark spots and sun damage. I am thrilled with the results. Jessica took pictures throughout the process so I could see my results over time. Being able to see the progress of my skin is fun and gives you comfort that the laser actually works.

I fully trust Jessica, so when I inquired about other services she gave me an overview of each service and what she thought would work best for me. After learning more about laser hair removal, I went ahead and got that service as well. I met Crystal, who is awesome, friendly, and so personable. You honestly want someone like Crystal working with you because she makes this experience so much fun and fast. 👍

I also loveeee working with Jessica MacDougall, she's the best. Very kind, caring and does excellent work. She has my full trust and I value her input on how to make me look my best.

Lastly, I would be remiss if I didn't give a shout out to Lisa! 🙌She rocks and always keeps me organized during my visit. Thanks for putting up with me Lisa! 😄

Who likes to go see a Dermatologist?  Mostly nobody, but coming to this office is like visiting friends and family. No matter how long between appointments, they always do their best to get you in right away.  I've seen them for laser hair removal, which was fabulous and well worth what I paid.  I've seen them for both minor and occasional cystical acne issues.  Most recently I was there because I had a very dark mole on my foot.  They got me in right away and explained the type of mole it was.  I was very scared and they put me at ease and all turned out to be ok. Everyone in the office is very knowledgeable and they provide top notch customer service and really listen to your concerns.  They will go above and beyond to accommodate your specific needs. You can trust your decision to make an appointment here.

I had a series of peels with then with good results. I booked another round with another employee and I didn't peel at all, my skin showed 0 result a week later. I noted it feel as intense as the peels I did the year before. At $150 I wasn't going to let that go. 

When I called and asked to speak with the manager the employee actually called me back. I wasn't comfortable with this at all. 
Long story short I was issued a refund. I was more then happy to go back for another peel with a different employee but I was "dismissed" from their office. 

Obviously their business is booming enough they can throw away customers. I believe I was fair in letting them know my pricey peel wasn't effective with that employee but their office made it personal.

I wouldn't go here....if you don't like your result  you have very little recourse. I've never heard of a business that throws away business.
