I have always put up with the extremely rude staff and always late appointments because of the excellent medical care I've received, but after being a patient for over 20 years, I was recently treated as a "new patient" because it had been a couple years since my last visit. I don't have a problem completing paperwork again, but I was expected to wait several months for an appointment with all the other new patients to see a doctor I've been seeing for two decades. I'll be finding a new practice. It seems that they've gotten too big for their britches.

Be prepared to wait and wait.  I read four magazines, answered all of my email while waiting.  Once in the examining room, I was rushed through the exam.  All of this was as an appt to see the PA, not even a doctor.   I have been a patient for 30 years and now am looking for a new dermatologist.

The RUDEST, DISCRIMINATORY 2 minute phone call I have ever experienced in my life! I was asked my insurance and said that I am on Medicaid (no income because I'm a GRAD student in MEDICAL SCHOOL) the woman on the other end said the doctors would NOT see me or even allow me to pay out of pocket (which I assumed I would do) for expenses. I know many people that go to this practice but apparently they are EXTREMELY SNOBBY. Be AWARE. I would give negative stars if I could.

Dr. Julie  was recommended to me when  my doctor retired.  My sun damaged skin has improved tremendously under her care thru all the sprays she has performed.  Some biopsies required MOHS surgery.  I trust her judgment and am completely confident in how she treats me. I have had complements on how nice my skin looks  and so healthy.  Never expected to hear this.

Very poorly run office. Expect to wait at least one hou before you get in to see a doctor. This has happened to us multiple times. Would not recommend.
