This summer my son had a terrible case of poison ivy over his entire body. I brought him to see Dr. Cardelli and she was able to provide excellent patient care. The whole office was extremely helpful, especially the Medical Assistant that took her time to make sure his prescriptions were sent to pharmacy and explained to me in detail. It may be a wait to get in or in office, but I guarantee you it is worth it for the care they provide. He cleared up and was back to himself in no time.

Having had melanoma, I am familiar with derm offices around the area . My experience at Affiliated Troy has surpassed my expecations as far as compassionate and thorough service being provided. The providers stay on top of getting regular skin checks and when they are with you in the room, you feel like you are their ONLY patient. Top notch care!

Made an appointment 2 weeks ago. Called on day of appointment found out it wasn't "saved" by the receptionist. Now have to wait another 4 months. Incompetent staff.

I had appointment and waited for an hour before walking out. I would not recommend this place. No contact from the Snehal Desai, Was it because I didn’t have insurance that you could overcharge???

PA Megan went above and beyond the call of duty when I experienced tremendous pain from an infected cyst. Her draining of it, two subsequent appointments, prescriptions, and care instructions were the best. The office staff was also first rate, giving me a same day appointment and straightening out my new and complicated Medicare card. My health and well being was their number one concern.
