Ok , I called to be seen for a mole in my face that doesn't look right. I called and asked to be seen by a doctor (real doctor not fake one) and I specifically wanted the only M.D in the office to see me and they keep calling their PA (physician assistant ) a physician and because I know the drill I insisted on being seen by the only doctor in the office and the staff refused to schedule the appointment because they don't have a physician on staff at all!!!! !! So I am telling them that I might have a cancer in my face and they won't let me see the doctor. How is that legal or moral

Worst service i have ever experiened. I have never been somewhere so unprofessional. They do not tell you when your referral expires so you go there and they say they can’t see you. Eveything the dr. prescribed me made my acne 100x worse. DO NOT GO HERE. waste of time and money. They won’t even gove you a prescription refill without another visit. All they want is money and they are rude. The dr. doesnt even look at your face, you go in for five seconds and she thinks she can diagnose you. HORRIBLE. Made me wait for no reason. WORST DERM EVER.

Went in for a follow-up visit. My initial appt. was with Colleen, for a bad reaction to retinol. I was given a shot and a script for cream. Colleen seems caring and knowledged. Follow up visit, 10 days later, was with Terri. Didn't seem to feel the need to look at my chart. Assumed I was in for acne, not sure. Totally out of touch with my problem. Said I might have Lupus, should get blood work done. My face was red from working a 10 hour day in the cold (postal), and still had my retinol reaction. Total frustration, absolutely NOTHING resolved. I walked out with NO help and a $25 co-pay.
