Ann Arbor Dermatology: Albert C. Cattell, MD

I love Ann Arbor Dermatology! The office staff is so nice and they have always been more than helpful. The doctors are great as well. I haven't ever left the office feeling like they didn't hear my concerns. I even got some really helpful advice from one of the doctors about a problem I wasn't even aware of. They really do have their patients best interest in mind. Give them a call!

I feel somewhat disfigured! I paid cash to have a small mole removed from my cheek. No doctor consult, but a PA came in to do the procedure. I asked if she’d done this before because she appeared young. After all, this was my face! She seemed rather put off and said it was routine. Well now, 7 months later, I have a pitted unsightly scar that I really can not hide. I’m so sad because it is much worse than the mole ever was. She obviously lacked the surgical prowess. I have had several moles removed by dermatologists at Henry Ford hospital with absolutely no scarring. I only went to this doctor because they had an appt available and I was leaving town. What a mistake! I’m paying dearly. Don’t trust this place!

In one word- rushed! I spend good money for my health insurance plan, and what do I get 5 min- 7 min max. Had three spots to look at,and she basically said there is nothing I can do for you. Terrible experience! Where has health gone? We all know where.

My two children and I are patients of Ann Arbor Dermatology. We never have to wait more than 10 minutes before the nurse calls us back to an exam room. All the staff we have encountered during our visits have been very nice and accommodating to us. Dr. Cattell is very thorough and takes the time to discuss issues with you and explain treatments. When I have had a concern after an appointment, I have been able to call the staff and get my questions answered. I would recommend Ann Arbor Dermatology to my family and friends.
