Ganger Dermatology (Ann Arbor)

I have been searching for years for a great dermatology organization in Ann Arbor. These guys are awesome. They talk with me like I'm a person, not just a patient. The doctors and staff are professional, clearly knowledgeable, friendly, and I seldom wait too long to be seen. Love them!

What a great experience. I had a consult with Kelsey today. She was very professional, friendly, and not at all pushy. I am so much more informed about my cosmetic options and feel comfortable scheduling procedures at this clinic. Thank you for your expertise and advice.

Doctor was good but the billing manager is ultra-unprofessional. Summary: If you have a non-primary insurance that does not require PCP referral, avoid this place unless you intend to pay out of pocket first and spend 10 months and > 10 calls between the clinic, their billing company, and the insurance company to get the refund back. I went to the clinic last year in March -- billing manager insisted quite rudely that my insurance would not cover service and I have to pay in full before they attempt to bill my insurance. I paid in full knowing my insurance would cover the service. Two months passed and I called the office, learning that they did not bill the insurance properly and it was not processed. Another month passed, I called again, manager insisted that my bill was declined. I called my insurance company and they never received the bill. Office manager said she personally checked and that wasn't true and told me to call their clinic billing company myself (highly inappropriate). I called their billing company and found out they never sent the bill to my insurance company. I called the manager again. With no apology of her initial false information and a lot of blaming on her billing company, she promised to see through the billing. Four additional months passed and I still haven't heard back from the clinic, so I called again, and manager again falsely said my bill was declined. I called the insurance company. They said they did not decline the bill but were not able to process the bill because they have requested additional information from the clinic and never got it. So I called the clinic again to inform the manager the situation. 10 months later, today I finally received my refund for the out-of-pocket payment and still no apology ever from the clinic billing manager of her consistent false information and inability to do her job.

I came in for my first appointment not knowing what to expect. The facility was immaculate and there was a warm feeling from the start. My wait time was minimal and my appointment started on time! (isn't that what we all want?) I haven't been to a dermatologist since I was a teenager and was nervous to express my concerns. I saw Dr. Gordon-Spratt and she instantly put me at ease with my concerns. She made great eye contact and was thorough in her explanations. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I was in and out in 30 minutes with a great consultation and recommendations.

Clean and kind service.. easy and convinent appointments. Same day appointment is possible .. Dr Ganger gives a Very kind direct attention directly patient / client even on the very first visit..
