Ann Arbor Dermatology: Albert C. Cattell, MD

I feel somewhat disfigured! I made an appt. with the dermatologist, as a cash patient, to remove a small mole from my cheek area. In came the PA with no doctor consult. I asked her if she’d done this before since she looked young. She seemed rather insulted and said she had done it many times and it was routine. Well today, 9months later, I struggle to cover the gouge and scar that is now on my face. I’m so sad, because it looks way worse than the mole ever did. The PA obviously lacked the precision that it took on this area of the face. To add insult to injury, I was double billed for the lab fees and am still writing letters to the collection agency. Just a nightmare. Not a careful place for cosmetics at all.

I was very pleased with my recent experience at Dr. Cattell's office. From setting up the appointment, registering and having my procedure the staff and physician were professional and competent. Dr. Cattell recommended a medial treatment after taking the time to answer ALL my questions and concerns.

I'd been struggling with horrible inflammatory acne on my cheeks for about 3 and a half years, and had put off seeing a dermatologist about it because I'd heard horror stories about the side effects of some of the medications. Dr. Kinsley was (very) patient but informative with me about the route we went (antibiotics and a cream). It's been around 5 months now, (I forget exactly when I first went there lol) and I'm very close to being completely weaned off the antibiotics, and my skin is damn near flawless!! I'm so thankful I came here. Also, besides some dry redness when I first started, no nasty side effects for me :p Definitely recommend.

Correctly diagnosed and removed my cousin's melanoma. We are very grateful for Dr. Cattell and his practice.
