AUDSLP Audiology and Speech Language Pathology Clinic

As an adult the experience of hearing lose is very scary, well for me it was anyhow. I was recommended to this office from my ENT . My first impression was that the staff needs to be more attentive to their patients especially their new ones. Then did not welcome me in or say hello. I arrived 45 minutes early to my first appointment to an empty waiting room and still was not taken care of until 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. the only reason I stayed was because I really needed to get my hearing aids. The personal that did my fitting downstairs was way more educated and had a warmer feel to them. My second visit to pick up my hearing aids was just as bad of an experience I never returned for a follow up I just looked for a new office.
