August Moon Chinese Restaurant

Such a nice place! Everything was delicious, for main dishes me and the ms ordered chicken with honey walnuts and the sesame beef spicy. Both were fantastic! The beef was perfectly cooked and the chicken was fresh as well as the vegetables. We can’t wait to return and try more of their fantastic dishes.

Wife and kid had noodles. I had sweet & sour pork. They said theirs was good and my wife cleaned her plate. Mine was bland and veggies were in huge chunks. Place is pleasant inside with lots of live plants. All in all just basic, nothing special IMHO.

My friend invited me to have dinner at August Moon last night and I had to leave a review because it was honestly very good! The lemon chicken and beef with black bean sauce was delicious and my favorite dishes from what we had.

The recent reviews here are FAKE. Go and read the one star reviews because those are the ones that are accurate. The woman and man that work here are constantly fighting. We came on once and waited for 10 minutes- finally asked if we could order food and she started shouting something about the cook being gone. Then she called him and they were screaming on the phone at eachother. It was so loud that we could still hear her after we left and the door was closed. We keep trying to come back because she does make good drinks and the combination plate isn’t bad but there’s been twice when we come and can’t order because there is no cook or she basically forces us out the door. All I can say is good luck and don’t believe these fake 5 star reviews

amazing food for a great price. highly recommend! the prawns with garlic sauce were super tasty and the perfect amount of flavor.

Woman rude. Some dishes were sweet that shouldn’t have been sweet. Gravy in egg fu yung wayyy too much sugar. I’ve had this dish at several other Chinese cuisines, and it had never tasted this bad. It honestly tasted like she accidentally used sugar instead of salt and didn’t feel like remaking the food. I was starvinggg.

Had such an fun experience dining at this restaurant with my hubby, the food was really nice and the staff treated us beautifully, if its your first time there they will guide you through the menu, also the green pepper steak with onions is a MUST try in our opinion, everything else was delicious as well!

Inexcusably mid Chinese food given the options available in NW. Way too much salt/soy sauce. This is a shame because the interior gives off a really jazzy late 80s early 90s? aura and I’d love to dine-in there more.

me and my cousin had lunch at this place this afternoon and we ordered the sam sheen sizzling rice soup, sesame shrimp, jade scallops, and the general toss’s chicken which was our favorite, the food was delicious and very fresh, definitely planning to come back for more!

I keep coming back to this place all the time, my order is always a tien-fu chicken, egg drop soup, and crispy tofu, most of the times I get the almond cookie for dessert which is delicious!
