I've seen Dr Fry a number of times now. I had a horrible family doctor before who was highly unprofessional and confusing. Every time I see Dr Fry, he takes time (even if he's very busy) to explain the problem I'm having, the science behind it, and options to address it. He uses the fancy dr jargon, but also stops and explains himself to make sure I understand. He also is simply very friendly and easy to talk to. Glad we found someone nearby we trust and I'd take my kids to one day.

I don't even want to give the one star, but Dr. Wade in the beginning was a good doctor. In the last year, she diagnosed my daughter with a heart problem, and put her on beta-blockers. After taking them for a few weeks she started have some reactions and repeatedly called the office and talked to the nurse who always had the same answer of I will check with the doctor. After about a month, my dagbter called again to let them know she would be looking for a new doctor because she felt they weren't listening to her. Surprisingly the next day they called her and said it was important for her to call them. She did and they asked her to come in. At this appointment Dr. Wade told my daughter that she never sad she had a heart problem and it was all anxiety. Mind you, Dr. Wade sent the beta blocker prescription in for her. If it was just anxiety, why a beta blocker? Plus, she has the papers that state from Dr Wade that said it was her heart. She has since switched doctors. She does have a heart condition and is now referred to a Cardiologist. Always get a second opinion folks. Some Doctors just don't take the time to listen. I would not recommend her if you are looking for a family oriented doctor who takes the time to listen.

Overall not a terrible experience. The biggest problem I had was the front desk staff. Being a customer in any environment requires respect from the servicer. Respect is not in their vocabulary. There is a girl named Shelly who works at the front window who does not understand the concept of customer service. Patience go to the doctor for help, their front office staff does not like to provide help. You get the feeling you are a burden to them because you have come to them for a service. I have worked in many customer service position and I have always received more with honey than I did with vinegar. As far as the doctors are concerned I have had no issues.

Stephanie is the worst doctor. Everyone that works there is not there to "help" patients, they're only there for the paycheck. As she is my "family doctor", she told me to go to the ER or immediate care to "evaluate" my problems, all because she didn't wanna deal with it. Worst place ever! Wouldn't recommend to anyone!

Worst doctor I have ever had. She doesn't stay on schedule, then doesn't listen. Sir William Osler was quoted in saying, "A good doctor treats the disease, a great doctor treats the patient." She does neither.
