I just simply tried to make an appointment in the new year and was on hold for over 5 minutes. Then when I was on the line, she continued to interrupt me as I was trying to explain that I will have new coverage in the year but wanted to just make an appointment now. I was told that January was already booked. She then said that I have to wait until have the new year to schedule due to the next insurance and that there shouldn't be a problem getting me scheduled in January though she told me she was booked up. All I wanted to do was schedule a check-up. I will be finding a different doctor that spends the time to talk to me versus rushing me through. I am a person, not just a number or a statistic.
