John Thomas is very condescending and denied me care because of my disabilities. I would not let him treat my pet let alone myself or my family. Be careful with this one. He seems evil. He will talk at you instead of to you. And speaks at you from some fantasized position of power. Definitely not going to a University Hospital in the future and same with my family.
