Typically I spend about 5 hours here Everytime I come. They charge if you're late, but it can take hours after your appointment time before they sit you in a room to wait longer. My entire family goes here, and even when it's just a well check it takes absolutely forever. They never remember who you are, never look at your file before they go in your room, and they also don't confirm appointments. Dr.Jackson is really great with my children, and that's the only plus I see of that place.

Wait times are typically abysmal. If I want to have an appointment, I have to clear the rest of my schedule for the whole day because my appointment usually runs an hour later than scheduled.

I've gone to this office for five years I've seen almost every practitioner there, and I've never left dissatisfied. The wait can be long but the patient care is well worth it. Medications are not addressed over the phone because the physicians want to make sure they prescribe correctly, and they ensure this by seeing the patient in person. Each of their physicians give there very best to the patient, and I know this because they've done so for me. I am very happy with my family physician, and I would tell anyone to see them.

If you have legitimate health issues, do not go here unless you want a card to the church they attend and maybe a group prayer. To my knowledge prayer is not fda approved for treating a disorder. Oh and the head doctor who ran the place is gone so good luck with the quacks that are left here.

doctors will not return messages or answer questions on medication. office staff do not seem to care about helping anyone. wait times are well over an hour and thats just to get into room. appointments don't matter they over book. they have been blaming their issues on new computers for over a year.
