Auto Glass Now Fredericksburg

I have had my windshield replaced twice by this company. I tend to go to them because they’re the best price. Let’s just say, you get what you pay for. Less than a year ago, I had my second replacement. I now have ANOTHER crack in my windshield. I now need to replace it again, for the third time in less than a year. Absolutely rediculous. That’s what I get for trying to get a cheaper price. Would not EVER recommend this place to anyone.

The person who handles the phones and booking of appointments is extremely rude and bad-mannered . She makes every question asked seem as if it’s a problem for her to answer, and every phone call an issue for her to answer. She couldn't sound unhappier if she tried. The after hours call center is a joke. If you want to be hung up on and disregarded this is the place for you. The only good thing that came from my appointment here was the price and the amount of time it took for them to replace my windshield. When the job was done I was asked to sign a line on the paperwork saying I over looked the car with them and everything was good to go when no one had even told me my vehicle was ready or took me to show me the work was completed.

Half price of other quotes. 45 mins and I was out. No trace of any materials(glass bits, plastic, etc). I dont need a big story why others charge so much its just hoopla. Even while I was there the nice front office lady kept telling the callers "how much are they charging? I dont know why but we will be cheaper...."] and shes right.

Was done in less than an hour which is great and price was great but would have rather paid 500 dollars to get great customer service both lady's and the man who did my windshield were not friendly and the guy was pretty rude and snobby when I asked about my rear view mirror! Defiantly won't go back

What an effortless, pleasant experience! I called Auto Glass Now and was able to get a next-day appointment, plus they came to my work free of charge, AND their quote was a great deal! They came when they were supposed to, and I paid over the phone. I didn't have to take my car anywhere, get a loaner car, take off work, nothing. Auto Glass Now did everything for me, and they did it quickly, efficiently, and with great and fast customer service! 100% satisfied with my experience and the quality of service.
