From the first phone conversation through the install the service was exceptional - polite, well informed, reassuring - having to do this to my new car was a little anxiety-provoking to say the least and they instilled confidence and showed pride in their work from the first step. Angie, who handled my phone calls, ensured I got scheduled and they had the identical windshield available quickly knowing a holiday weekend intervened and it was getting late on a Friday afternoon when I placed the call for service. Josh did the installation and was extremely polite, knowledgeable, meticulous, very familiar with my auto, and put up with all of my questions enabling me to learn a great deal while also instilling confidence in the procedures. I saw some of the extra steps he took to ensure a quality job and a lasting repair. My car looks new again and I will be confident calling on them if I need auto glass work in the future.
