Ace Glass

We have...in total....had 3 windshields replaced by ACE Glass. All satisfactory. However we are extremely disappointed with our last experience. Over the weekend, a rock chipped our windshield. Since it was not large, we decided to take it to ACE Glass and see if they would repair it. We brought it in, and the service tech came out to my wife and said we need a new windshield. The technician said he tried to repair it but when he tried, the starburst grew, so he stopped. My wife felt all of this happened because she brought it in and since she is a female.......When I spoke with the tech, he said we signed a waiver so if something like this happened, he is not at fault. He said he had been doing this for 24 years. and this is the ....4th windshield that it has happened. WHAT LUCK! I am calling another glass company to get a second opinion, and will post upon results.

Great place for a windshield replacement. The price I paid here was well under my insurance deductible! Highly recommend!

Car was taken in promptly for windshield replacement. Replacement done in ynder an hour. Customer service was stellar from scheduling to checkout.

A very professional and friendly business. Their work is high quality and the rates are very fair. They require appointments be made in advance, this allows for the wait times to be reduced.
