Auto Glass Now Richmond VA

This place is great - from the front-end service folks to the technicians installing the glass....even better than Excellent Customer Service is the incredible prices!! For example the auto glass shop with the fancy catchy jingle - you know who I am talking about....Exact Same Part remember!! FWB02298 GBN -quoted price was listed as $194.15 - selling it to me for $204.03 plus $60 labor - total cost of $264.03 - now at AutoGlass NOW - listed was $191.55 - price selling to me - $45.00 - labor $85 -total price $150.00!!!! a savings of $114.03... so I guess the fancy jingle cost more....Anyway - if you value great Customer Service, Quality Work and Great Prices - then I highly recommend this business.

Had an appointment they took me right in no waiting it took about a hour like they said,I was in and out in no time they did great work the customer service was excellent and the price was good for my windshield had call other places was higher I would highly recommend this place Thanks so much Auto Glass Now on Midlothian

I brought my 2015 Honda to get the windshield replaced, when suddenly the horn went off. It would not stop until the battery cable was removed. They claimed it was caused by the Remote Start that I had installed on my car. I abruptly left because things were not getting resolved. I took the vehicle to the business that installed the Remote Start and they determined the cause was reduced battery power secondary to the ignition being left on an the doors open. While there, they discovered damage on the paint and scratches on the molding on the left side of the windshield that occurred during installation. I visited a body shop and they are going to attempt to buff out the scratches next week. The one office worker and Caucasian shop worker were rude about the situation; The manager was nice, calling everyone trying to resolve the situation, but it just wasn't working.

Had me in and out in a half hour and my new windshield was half the cost of what Safelite quoted me. JJ was my technician and he did a great job.
