Auto Glass Service

I visited the location to get a quote on repairing windows on two vehicles. I was told that I would need to talk to the technician to get a quote but that he was not there and would need to come back in 90 minutes. I live on the north side of town and driving back to the location during rush hour traffic would take another 45 minutes. So I asked for the phone number so that I could call them instead to discuss the work that I needed to be quoted. I called two days later at about 10:30 AM and was told the technician was not there and that he is usually there first thing in the morning. I feel that when you are running a business and cannot provide a prospective customer with a quote there is something wrong and that they did not care about me as a customer. I was trying to spend my money with a local business and now I will have to seek another business to do the work.

Travis and Stephen are friendly, courteous, and are experts at glass replacement. I'm a repeat customer because of their professionalism and great service. Highly recommend Auto Glass, and I will give them my business again when needed.

Poor attitudes ! The folks here are lazy and don't want to work. The owner of this place need to step in and have a convo with these employees !
