WARNING: Beware! Store manager Rob Greene is as rude as they come. Not even a courtesy call when he pushed my appointment back an entire day! I finally called around 4pm to ask for an ETA and was told conflicting stories about the needed part: Rob claimed he couldn't come because the part wouldn't be in until the next day / Service Center @ Corporate said he got it at 3pm already. REGARDLESS- Mr. Greene did not even call to touch base because he simply does not care. When he did finally arrive the next day with a service tech named Chris, Mr. Greene did not so much as say hello to me. A pleasant introduction, or God forbid an apology, was certainly out of the question for someone of his low caliber customer service. Business should be renamed Rob's Auto-ASS-Service.

Very friendly and helpful staff! Prices are better than many other places in Cookeville!
