PT Auto Glass - Windshield Replacement & Repair

Came here today to replace my shattered windsheild and I dropped it off at 4:00 and it was done in 45 minutes and looks so good. The guys were very nice to me and took great care of fixing my windshield and the cost was not expensive and I was very pleased with coming here. If I ever need a widow fixed again or if I have any friends that need their car fixed I will definitely refer them to come here! Great place!

I wanted to try this place, truly I did. After scouring the area for someone to look at and either repair or replace my windshield as needed, I stumbled upon PT Auto Glass who seemed to have phenomenal ratings and rave reviews. Perfect! Someone who will take good care of my car and not gouge it up! Or so I thought. I called twice on two different days, and even left a voicemail. A week and a half later, and still no return call. Why have a business if you can't/won't call your customers back? I guess maybe they've got enough work that they can turn away people. At the end of the day, I went with one of their competitors instead who did an incredible job at a very fair price. Not to mention, they actually answered the phone, got me in to examine the windshield, and had me scheduled to replace it the very next day.

I had my windshield replaced a couple of months ago. PT wasn't the least expensive but they were the most customer-focused and service-oriented and remain so even after the sale and installation. I had them recheck my windshield several weeks later to make sure it wasn't leaking. They did that as well as helped find the source of my problem without any hesitation or mention of additional cost! They are on my list of favorites and I recommend them highly!
