I received prompt, courteous, and professional service from my phone call asking for help to the technician installing my new windshield. Great company!

Cracked our windshield and as they were replacing it, they found several spots where the last install was done incorrectly and lazily causing small surface rust on the windshield frame. Service guy talked me through how he would sand it down and it was all within the area he’s going to paint. Very informative during the install and wanted to make sure I understood the process. This was in their shop, not a field install.

I am an insurance agent and refer all my clients to AGS and they have always done a great job for them. Super easy for us to submit claims online via their website and they deal directly with our claim service. Our rep Sarah is awesome!

I had a broken windshield it was cracked all the way across and down the middle. Unfortunately it happened on a Friday and on Monday morning I had a 2.5 hour road trip to make. The car was not safe to drive. I called several places and none could get it done, until I called this company. The person I spoke with said absolutely no problem we can do it Saturday. I said great!!!!. So far so good and then this!!!! I receive a voicemail at 2:49 Friday afternoon stating that no one could make till Monday. I called back and was told they could not do it. I replied that I had to have this repaired and told her why. She tried to tell me about a hail storm which I was fully aware of recently. Truthfully I was surprised that she used that as an excuse. It is the nature of the business they are in , sometimes its steady and sometimes you need to make a superhuman effort. If they were aware that there was no way to add any appointments ,Why did they take mine? It was too late to find anyone else so I had to spend 130.00 dollars to rent a car. So now a 250.00 repair will now cost me 380.00. Thanks guys!!!! J. Williams
