This place needs some help and updates. The self check-out receipts print at a different register. When I asked for it they couldn't find it. The lack of help when you're looking for items. They need more people working here. The grease pit out front don't help either.
I like this autozone and it seems to do an important service for this community. There’s always many people outside of it fixing their own cars. The first time I went to this autozone, it was during the blm protests of 2020 and there was hardly anything on the shelves. Today, I went there a second time and everything was stocked very well and the person behind the counter was friendly. I went in for some wiper fluid. One star off because they made it hard to find and there wasn’t many in stock but the rest of the store was a good experience.
Lil rude. I called, and they answered and said they would help me in a few minutes . Then, I was put on hold for 10 minutes. No one helped me, I hung up and called back, and I wasn't able to say anything and put back on hold. Wasn't even allowed to ask one question. Basically, I was ignored in the worst way.
This locations manager is horrible very disrespectful and she was talking on her ear piece arguing with someone instead of taking care of customers.. i will never vist here again her name is Tasha
Nice folks just short staff is what makes this three star and all AutoZone need to be retrained cause they always get the wrong part
The fact that I come too this autozone all the time and the store manager basically was tryna accuse me of stealing and saying that my transaction didn’t go threw and gonna saying you can’t do can’t do email receipts on a self check out and I come here all the time and do it all the time I don’t appreciate that
They had exactly what I needed to fix my car and it was reasonably priced
They are all so rude. I asked the lady for two parts I needed for my car 1. She was rude and had an attitude then wasn’t even paying attention at first talking to her co worker like I wasn’t even there. 2. She said they didn’t have the parts then eventually brought back one part and I asked her where I might find the other part at in a different location she crumpled up my receipt. After she did that I just asked for my receipt back and left. Customer service is at an all time low right now.
Fair parking. Good service considering they are very busy and have 1 disgruntled employee. Prices are good.
I'm here at 7:13am and on line for days it opens at 7am and I was told 7:30am. This is ridiculous I have to go to work and they aren't honoring the time online. If it's incorrect they should change it
