My mechanic directed me here. First impression, clean and inviting. Mom and Pop feel, just on a bigger scale if that makes sense. I went up to the counter and relayed the information from my mechanic. They got me what I needed. I was asked what sent me to the mechanic. I told him and he said that the part shouldn’t have failed prematurely and there maybe an underlying issue. He asked me to hold on and contacted the mechanic. They diagnosed the origin of the problem together and came up with a Rx. This was before the pandemic. Still running like a top. I just stopped in for cleaning products for my car. And again, super helpful. This is my go to place from now on.

Workers are friendly and have knowledge about cars and parts. Prices are the best around. Workers always give good advice.If they dont have the part in stock they will get it the next day. Always go to Crest for my car parts.
