Went to Value Kia just to see what they had and end up pulling off the lot in a brand new 2022 . The customer service was beyond my expectations. I read the reviews prior to going and they referred me to ask for Hassan which I did. All the reviews about him were right. Very knowledgeable and Real when it came to discussing pricing. He even educated me on things I wasn’t sure about. All my question and concerns were met. The whole staff was really friendly real and professional. I would definitely recommend this place. I told my home girl about it now she wanna trade in her Toyota for a Kia. Y’all winning right now Thanks for everything.

My experience here was amazing. At first I was very iffy about purchasing a car. I waited a few days and gave myself a chance to think about it and I do not regret my decision of purchasing a car with value Kia. I was serviced by Clang and she is amazing! This dealer is very un professional. I had reached out a couple of times. The person who text me, took my basic information. I was very specific in all my details. I just wanted to see if I should make the 1 hour drive to purchase a car. Because I listed my specifics several times, I got the answer, "I understand, and we will have someone get back to you shortly" And nothing, I follow up, and was set to make attend an appointment today, but yet same answer. Any other time I have dealt with a Dealership, they run my credit themselves then give me options. Now they offer up to $6500, but what you don't know, is you could get a minimum of $500.00. But if I cant get my direct questions answered, why would I risk the trip, only to be told, oh I'm sorry, have a nice day. I'm a simple person trying to get true answers, not the trade part that has to be evaluated, that's a given, at that point you hope to get enough to use as down payment. But how hard can this be, why so difficult. If your looking for a Kia dealer, I would think on this one, because they don't operate in a very professional manner sad to say, as I was hoping to purchase a vehicle. But nobody should want to drive an hour without a conversation and some answers, this way I myself can ensure its worth the trip, or if things wont work.
