Went to Value Kia just to see what they had and end up pulling off the lot in a brand new 2022 . The customer service was beyond my expectations. I read the reviews prior to going and they referred me to ask for Hassan which I did. All the reviews about him were right. Very knowledgeable and Real when it came to discussing pricing. He even educated me on things I wasn’t sure about. All my question and concerns were met. The whole staff was really friendly real and professional. I would definitely recommend this place. I told my home girl about it now she wanna trade in her Toyota for a Kia. Y’all winning right now Thanks for everything.
Sam was absolutely amazing she told me she would make my day better and that’s exactly what she did! I drove off the lot with a brand new 22 Forte All of the staff are very helpful and nice that Shondera is so bubbly and personable just like on the radio Value Kia is highly recommended.

My experience here was amazing. At first I was very iffy about purchasing a car. I waited a few days and gave myself a chance to think about it and I do not regret my decision of purchasing a car with value Kia. I was serviced by Clang and she is amazing! This dealer is very un professional. I had reached out a couple of times. The person who text me, took my basic information. I was very specific in all my details. I just wanted to see if I should make the 1 hour drive to purchase a car. Because I listed my specifics several times, I got the answer, "I understand, and we will have someone get back to you shortly" And nothing, I follow up, and was set to make attend an appointment today, but yet same answer. Any other time I have dealt with a Dealership, they run my credit themselves then give me options. Now they offer up to $6500, but what you don't know, is you could get a minimum of $500.00. But if I cant get my direct questions answered, why would I risk the trip, only to be told, oh I'm sorry, have a nice day. I'm a simple person trying to get true answers, not the trade part that has to be evaluated, that's a given, at that point you hope to get enough to use as down payment. But how hard can this be, why so difficult. If your looking for a Kia dealer, I would think on this one, because they don't operate in a very professional manner sad to say, as I was hoping to purchase a vehicle. But nobody should want to drive an hour without a conversation and some answers, this way I myself can ensure its worth the trip, or if things wont work.

My husband and I had a more than TERRIFIC experience at this Kia Dealer. Paul the Salesman and Shondera the Manager we’re Amazing! They found us the most perfect vehicle at a good rate. They were very kind, professional and patient with us. They gave us knowledge we needed to make the best decision for our family and they even followed up with us afterward to make sure everything was still going good for us. I can honestly say that this is the best experience I have had with purchasing a vehicle. I used to only purchase Nissans, now going forward I think I will stick with Kia, and refer my friends and family as well! Great Team, Great Dealership!
