Wonderful service! Jay on the Service Team was super helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He advised me how long my service would take and he was right on the money. He also reviewed the video inspection of my car with me. Their newly renovated dealership is beautiful and clean. Every time I am there for service, I have an all-around pleasant experience. Keep up the great work!
The team at Pacifico Mazda was great from start to finish. Super friendly and knowledgable. They made sure they understood the details of my problem. Arranged rides home and back, and made sure I didn't leave my water bottle in the car. Great communication and you even get a video showing what they did and what was changed. Will definitely be going back when service is needed.
I love my Mazda and would never let just anyone get under its hood. No way. This is the only place for me. Here's why: 1. Reasonable pricing that's always itemized, transparent, and explainable. 2. Communication is frequent and via text and phone. Call center staff are accessible and fast. People answer calls here. 3. Service tech sends a short video documenting their assessment and recommendations. Super transparent, expedient,, and professional service every time. 4. No weird sales pitches. 5. Last but most importantly the staff are awesome. Ask for Jay and Joey. They have convinced me that both my car and I are special. Seriously, I'm convinced.
I have been a Pacifico Mazda customer for more than 10 years now and as always, this latest service was handled professionally. Their customer service reps Jay and Jackie are friendly and courteous. The video walkarounds of your vehicle narrated by the mechanic are clear, concise and informative. I haven’t yet had any issues with any of the work they have done on my 2010 Mazda5 since I purchased the vehicle from them new.
This was my first experience with repair service at any dealership. I was bracing myself for super-high costs, unexpected charges, or high pressure to tack on more than what I wanted. I experienced none of these. I was encouraged to consider purchasing a warranty and was given lots of information on several available options, but no one pressured me to purchase. I was having a tire replaced + software updated. The repair was quick, all of the staff was super-friendly and professional, and the cost was very reasonable! I waited in a very nice, clean, comfortable waiting room with free wi-fi and refreshments. And the restroom was spotless. As my repair progresses I received a text message with a link to a video of the repairs in progress on my car. When I checked out I was given a voucher for a free car wash w/ no expiration. It's possible this is all to be expected at any dealer. But I must say I was impressed. I had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back!
The service hasn't been as good here in the last several years. Service went smoother when Cliff was working there. Workers will look at you but most won't speak, if they do. I took my car yesterday morning at 10am to get my window motor replaced. The work was done about 4pm, but I didn't get my car back until today at 1pm. There was a lack of communication! Part of their payment was received by my by extended warranty company. The lady in the Mazda service department said she was waiting for the warranty company to pay them first. She also said they took a Very long time to return her call. I called the warranty company, and they answered my call right away. The warranty company said for me to pay, then they will pay. The lady at Mazda, never said that I wouldn't get my car back yesterday. I called her back , and she had left for the evening, and she called out sick today. I also asked that my car get checked for a leak of my power steering fluid. I mentioned it three times but it wasn't done. Although Pacifico is near my home. I may have to start going elsewhere, after Twelve years.
Have had both routine and non-routine work done on our Mazda at this location. In all visits, we've had nothing but the best of service! Jay in the service department was very informative in describing the repairs and prompt with response to many of our questions! The new renovations are also well done!
Shout out to Joe at Pacifico Mazda. I found out when I arrived that my warranty for my oil change was only valid at my original location, but Joe honored my warranty and sent me out with a free car wash. All the staff I interacted with were very helpful. I really appreciated it on this Happy Friday
I didn’t buy my current Mazda from Pacifico, but after taking it in for service there, I wish I had! Jay in the service department was over the top thorough and communicative! While I waited for my car in service, I ended up chatting with a sales rep, Dylan. Not only did Dylan answer every question I had, but he showed me an alternative version different year of the car I wanted which wasn’t on the lot on the used car lot. With his knowledge and guidance, I ended up putting a deposit down on an incoming car that I CAN NOT WAIT to pick up! Thanks Pacifico and Jay, NY represent!, you’re officially the dealership of the JG family! Couldn’t have asked for a better, more knowledgeable salesman than Dylan!
I'm very impressed with the service I received. I called for a maintenance appointment and not only were they able to fit me in the same day but the work was done timely and professionally. I was even sent a video after the completion of service that hosted the mechanic providing a service detail. Everyone I encountered was friendly. This will be my service center of choice. TRULY OUTSTANDING!
