My service experience was fantastic. My service associate, Dwayne Thompson was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He wasted no time greeting me at my vehicle. He explained all the details of my inspection thoroughly. He arranged for me to be driven home after I dropped my Rogue off. He kept me in the loop at all times and arranged for me to be picked up at my house to return to the dealership. It was a great experience. Highly recommended. A+++
Absolutely Love this place and the staff here but Dewayne is amazing. Very polite, informative and his communication is outstanding. Very enthusiastic about helping. I’ve never seen him leave a person standing there and not asking if he could help with something. Chapman Nissan’s got themselves a wonderful employee. Thank you for all you do for us Dewayne!
I’m taking my car to Chapman since I bought it in 2019. I’ve never had any problems until last two visits. I schedule maintenance on both visits and ask to check the front driver wheel because I pass through a parole and after that my car shake above 50miles/h. On the first time a alignment was done and the car was good until I drive in a highway again. I called and complain, but I was informed that my car was good and any issues were founded. I took it again to maintenance, explain again that is was shaking. The answer now was that I have to change tires that it will be resolved. Short story, the issue wasn’t really checked. I don’t think you even drove my car to understand what I said. I will try to take to another place soon.
Came in for service, was greeted by Asst. Serv. Mgr. Daniel R., he immediately started doing the preliminaries. He was both pleasant and professional. I didn't have a printed copy of my insurance card, but he graciously printed one for his use and then gave to me. Escorted me to customer waiting area, while there he kept me informed. The service was completed in a timely manner and he did a follow-up call to inquire about my satisfaction on the following day. I was pleased with all that was done on the vehicle.
My experience was awesome a Special thanks to Raven I’ve been to a lot of dealership and I’ve never met someone so down to earth full a smiles and also made sure that everything was fixed before I left!! I know I can only give 5 however Ms. Raven u deserve more also another thanks to Mr.Mark who did the work on my car and even came out to explain issues and corrects!!
Recently had a repair to my Nissan Maxima done by Chapman Nissan and the service was excellent. They really over delivered especially with the projected time. My car appointment was scheduled for a Wednesday. I had it towed their lot that Monday and it was repaired and ready to be picked up that Wednesday The day it was scheduled to be looked at!!! The staff was very responsive and kept me informed of everything that was needed to be done to get my car up and running first without being forceful on fixing everything that was wrong with my car. I was very satisfied with the service here and I will definitely return when needed!
I just got service my car Nissan Kick and Dwayne Thompson help me about everything. He is very kind, very helpful. I like the way he explained to me, everything clear n make sense. I never seen services nissan like what he did to me. He is awesome. I will come back for services. Great Job For Dwayne Thompson.
I have been leasing since 1996, and Chapman Nissan was hands down the best experience in all that time. They really work with you and understand what’s options works best for the customer! I am very thankful for Penny, Tina, Chris and especially Brian!!! Thank you for taking such great care of us. We felt special!!!!
The team at this location is very communicative and accommodating. I had to reschedule an appointment and they were able to get me in the following day. I don’t know much about cars and hate to feel like I’m being taken advantage of but they answered all of my questions clearly. They accepted certain documentation via email and printed a summary of the service as well as copies of my documents insurance, etc. The only thing I wish for this location in the future is the convenience of a key drop box for after hours. I will bring my car back to this location! P.S. Dwayne is amazing!! Most of my comments are credited to him.
My car was issued a recall… The only problem I had was not getting a call when I was told I would get one… My part had to be ordered and I was told I would get a call in a couple of days… well, no one call for a week.. I had to call service department three times before a return appointment….. The Bright side was the day of appointment… I waited at the dealership while they replaced the part… They were accommodating and pleasant… It took less time than expected and the service agent was very nice….
