I didn't agree wit my experience when I first came. But when I returned the next day the sales rep Will was absolutely understanding and helpful. He tried to accommodate me wit finding a new reliable car. My experience today was great.

So far so good The staff at drive here really help me out in my time of vehicular need. Long story short my very first car ever finally decided enough was enough an the blew out on me on I 95. I was then referred to drive here by my grandfather, an so far I have no complaints. Claudia the rep who set me up with my new baby was very helpful and made sure I drove off the lot with something nice and affordable.

I leased a car from them in July. My Toyota Camry nick names it Bella. The sales person was awsome and honest he assured me that if anything went wrong they would replace it or give me a new vehicle. Fast forward to Wednesday, while I'm coming home from dropping my daughter off to school the car just stops. After a numerous amount of calls a tow truck finally came at 9:45 a.m. keep in mind I'd been calling since 7:45 am. I didn't not hear from them until the next day, I was informed that I needed a crank shaft sensor and it would cost 197.00 to replace. I asked a few mechanics and googled a few things. My car showed none of the signs of needing that part. No check engine light, no shaking I mean nothing. Shockingly just shutting off is not one of them, so I asked around some more. Someone tells me about a kill switch that car dealers have and sometimes they use it to stop the car so they can charge customers to fix something that was never wrong. I pray that this isn't the case. So now I have to pay 197.00 plus a car note in 2 days. The bad part about it is I have great credit I could've gone anywhere but being dumb I chose to take the lazy way out.

I inquired online and someone called me right away to schedule an appointment. They were able to arrange a time for me to come in the same day and I had the pleasure of working with Maria! Maria was great and allowed me to take my time browsing and asking questions she was also very honest about the process and how things work I am very pleased with the customer service at Driver here !
