Best price in town on the parts I am looking for. Order ahead, pickup in store. Easy return, receipt in your email, contact less payment. Only con McLain, long line in the front, one counter person, 3 people in the back wandering around instead of helping the poor girl at the counter all alone.

Before pandemic the customer service was amazing they new the parts and if not helped to figure it out! Today was the last time anyone talks and treats me like I am stupid! I will not be conducting future business with these stores!

I had a great experience at this auto zone. Very helpful staff who went the extra mile to help me with a bad battery. The employees worked together to solve the problem and I am now a lifelong customer! Thank you to everyone there.

Took a bit to find my pick up order because of an accidentally lost tag on the box, but the employee was friendly and helpful. AutoZone has a good selection and so far free shipping on parts. That's a rarity in Alaska and we'll worth supporting.

The man behind the counter was amazing. I bought the bulbs for my car and he took out the old ones and put the new ones in. Amazing kind gentleman.
