I can’t say enough at how wonderful this dealership is. First of all, they actually have cars to choose from!!!That’s been hard in Anchorage this year. The most important part, my husband and I felt like family here. We had the honor of working with Danny and Richard throughout our car buying experience. They made what we thought would be a nerve racking experiencing into a fun filled time whenever we were here. They have taken such good care of us and I couldn’t be more happier with the car we were able to purchase from them! FYI: Even the finance gentleman was amazing. They work hard for you to make sure you have the perfect car at the perfect rate!

Chris Mathis and his team did a phenomenal job with our car loan. They got us the terms and payment we wanted and the best part, they got us the car we really wanted. An Audi A5. I would recommend them anytime!

Really happy I went into KIA of Anchorage first on my car search. Excellent customer service. Keith helped me out and was really laid back, no pressure at all. He was very confident that he had a great fit for me, and you simply can’t beat the warranty offered by KIA. They made a great effort to work with me on financing and trade in. I left with a brand new K5 that I was excited about, and payments I felt good about. The first time I’ve left a dealership feeling fully satisfied. I guess I’m Team KIA now. Thank you very much.

Best car buying experience ever! The staff was very warm and welcoming and overall super helpful! Our Sales Rep Tom was absolutely phenomenal and really put a personal touch on our experience! He’s super knowledgeable and made sure we were taken care of and kept us company while we waited. It was like having your dad with you! Another Sales Rep Chris was kind enough to help knock things out as well when it was getting late and make sure we got home on time. The Lithia Kia team has made a lasting impression. Honestly can say they are the best out there!

I waited about 2 months to do this review. I wanted to make sure I was as happy today as I was when we bought the car. 1000% yes we are still thrilled. The service Chris M gave us was above & beyond anywhere else we went. We have recommended Lithia KIA & Chis & will continue to do that. We will also be back when we are ready to purchase again. KIA is always a great place to be at, once you walk through the doors everyone is so welcoming and amazing. Chris and Richard are absolutely the best! The whole process was easy and smooth from choosing a car to the paperwork part of the process. My first new car and I could tell you now without Chris and Richard I wouldn’t be able to experience this amazing feeling driving off the lot with my new 2023 Sorento!!!!!
