Customer service is impeccable! I was not able to clean the snow out of the back of my truck before my installation of the bed cover and they still took it in and did the install!
OK, not sure if the big guy here was the manager or owner, but he was awesome. His mascot and cheerleader pet and wife were pretty cool too...I would highly recommend going here if you have a Toyota and want to do some solid upgrades. We purchased our camper shell here...still waiting for it to arrive. But the purchase experience was amazing!
Won’t install used hitch. Its a piece of metal that bolts onto the frame with bolts already on vehicle. Six Robleess just can’t do hard work I guess. Update: UHAUL was able to install the hitch I provided. UHAUL is across the street.
Got a good deal on running boards but they had to get them from another store and schedule the installation. When I went to have them installed it was supposed to be an hour, but it was only 30 minutes or so and they look great.
I'm a college student that is fascinated with spending time outdoors and with that comes hauling gear and the occasional truck bed camping. I entered the shop thinking I would need longer cam locks due to my topper being a little wider than the glass section. The staff could have sold me longer cam locks, but saved me some money by informing me that truck toppers can warp over time after being cramped down, removed, and in the sun for years. They gave me the advice on how to push the topper together and it honestly looks great now. I know truck toppers can be a pricey investment for your truck and honestly I felt a little out of place entering the shop on a college budget, but the staff was welcoming, well informed, and honest. If I stay in Alaska after I graduate I'll definitely be purchasing a truck topper from them.
The ladies in there are very knowledgeable about Leer canopies
I don't own a truck. I work pretty close. I decided to go in and check it out. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Bought a Leer canopy. First off I specifically asked for the insulated headliner. Instead of adding the headliner in the order the person that took my order wrote down do not install insulated headliner. So after the long wait to get my canopy I had to wait longer for six Robblee‘s to install the insulated headliner. After having my canopy for a couple months I started noticing cracks in the paint around my bay windows. And the headliner they installed started sagging. I spoke to them over three weeks ago about repairs and have been getting the run around from them since. I am not happy. They will not let me return it. I called Leer directly and Leer told me they can’t help me. After the descent rain I can also see that it’s leaking water between the canopy and my truck bed. Bad seal? UPDATE Here we are a year later and you reply? I sold the canopy. You guys painted it and it still had cracks in the paint in the corners of all the windows. I got back what money I could from a bad deal since you guys wouldn’t let me return it even though it was obviously flawed. Sold and took a loss.
Called about the availability of Yakima Roof racks since Yakima lists them as a dealer. The lady who picked up the phone said they get them from a distributor and that they don't actually sell them. I asked her to check if their distributor had any baseline towers. She put me on hold for about 7 minutes evidently to try to get me to go away. When she finally took me off hold she answered the phone as if I were a new customer and then asked "oh, so what are we doing?" I told her I would just go to another store and she hung up on me. Really rude customer service.
Just purchased winter and summer rims for two cars...amazing service and friendly atmosphere
