I went to a different place first off - and had a bad experience, No help no customer service. So I was already distraught. I came here, and it was like night and day. They were so nice, helpful, friendly, and informative on what I needed to do. They led me in the right direction, even not being able to do what I needed. They attempted, but the part that I needed I had to get elsewhere. I definitely recommend them. Good people!

DEREK WAS & IS AMAZING!! Needed a radiator for a Z3 roadsterspecial order and from his telephone demeanor to his pleasant in store presence its been top notch service!! First time visit this store and I’m really happy that I did!! I went there a bit late likes 8 or 9 at night because my car have a problem with the battery. Thanks to David and his manager for their help especially David that I can replace the new battery right away before I have to go to work early morning at the next day with worrying that my battery will die before I reach my workplace lol. Thanks a lot guys, I appreciate it!

Needed a new car battery at 8:30am and quick because we needed to head out of the city before traffic got too bad totally didn't expect to wake up in the morning to a dead car battery the day we were supposed to drive down to LA. There was a real you Black guy I'm upset I can't remember his name :< working there, and within 20 minutes he was able to find which one we needed and get it installed in our car. Easiest and quickest transaction we've ever had.

Hello, the Mighty Gamera here with a review of AutoZone. I like AutoZone, they always seem ready to help and they can almost always get the part you need at a competitive price. Albeit you can always find a better deal online but I think it's good to support local businesses. The nuts and bolts: The store is clean enough, but the layout is weird. Why the diagonal division between the parts counter and the sales floor? It funnels all the people to a small point during ingress and egress. I think it makes a big space feel cramped while you wait in line to see the parts person. One thing I've noticed is they have a weird selection of stuff on the sales floor. They rarely have the weird part I'm looking for, but nether do the competitors. One thing I really like is they check engine lights. We have old vehicles and this happens a lot. I'm also going to try recycling there tomorrow. We'll see if they take radiator fluid. Well, enough rambling. Oh, except one thing. There is a decent amount of turnover at this store. Almost every time we go there's a different person behind the counter. I wonder what the reason is? I recommend AutoZone overall, they seem to edge out the other parts stores in overall satisfaction. Thank you DAVID & DERECK! A mechanic swapped my Duralast battery for a cheaper used one and it died on me. I came to this store looking for help and these 2 individuals really helped me with the kindness of their heart. Thank you so much! & lesson learned, every time you go to a “mechanic” make sure you have the same batteries as you came in with. Didn’t realize that some will actually swap out a battery without consent.

I would like to commend Sandi Gellner Store Manager for her extreme customer service, above and beyond, she was so kind and polite , I wish there were more people like her in this world , It would sure be a better place , Top Shelf for sure and Thank you again for your top customer service

There is always wait in AutoZone, no matter what.. This time was extra bad since there was one employee that wasn't even able use register to finalize attempted purchases.. Some things to work on.
