Needed a set of tires on short notice for my wife's car so we could start a road trip that day. They had a good selection in stock and were able to get the vehicle turned around in under 2 hours. If you get the house brands the prices are great too.
Worst experience EVER! Got my tire fixed, but couldn’t pick up my car that day. Went by in the morning and they’d left my car in the parking lot… unlocked!!! It was ransacked and many things stolen. Most disreputable establishment. Apologized profusely, but that doesn’t help. Spent all morning at the police station filing a report. I will NEVER use this place again!!! This is certainly not a review of Firestone in general. I’ve always had great service from other Firestone shops.Service: Tires
Went in to get the rear tires replaced. They weren't the quickest but got the job done. No problems with the work, price was fine and the guys working the front were great.
This place is not the place to go for vehicle repair. I took my vehicle in to determine why I lost power to my battery. I was able to jump start my car and drive it to the repair location. Several hours later the shop manager "David" called and stated the mechanic team could not jump start the car. He further stated that they would not be able to perform an electrical diagnostic on my vehicle since it would not start. So day one of repair was a wash. Day two I received a call from David stating that my newly purchased battery less that 48 hours old was completely dead and unable to hold a charge. The mechanic staff was able to start the vehicle and perform "some sort" of electrical diagnostics; they determined that my alternator was failing. I authorized the replacement of the battery and alternator. later that afternoon the shop manager "David" called back to say that my "belt tensioner" had broken when the mechanic attempted to change the alternator. They accepted "no responsibility" for the fact that the part was only determined to be damaged "after their mechanic touched" my car. They quoted me over $300 additional dollars to replace this part. I immediately advised David that my Serpentine Belt was recently changed and I doubt that the tensioner failed on or after that time. David again accepted no responsibility whatsoever for the broken part. I drove to the location and requested to have the old tensioner for further inspection. At that time David assured me he would find a low cost tensioner, and since the mechanic was already working on the tensioner to replace the alternator, I would not be charged labor on the tensioner. By the end of day two all the parts had been replaced. I received a call from "Ben" who stated the mechanic still could not determine why the vehicle was losing power and that the alternator was giving off too much power. They wanted to keep the car to perform a "parasitic draw" test. I stated "as long as there was no additional cost" they could perform the test. The following morning day 3 I called and spoke with shop manager "Matt" about the status of my car. I advised Matt that I was not going to pay another dime for repair work and to prep my vehicle for pick up. Matt stated he need to wait for "Ben" and the assigned mechanic to arrive to discuss my vehicle status; this could take "another couple hours". Less than an hour later "Ben" called to advise that the vehicle was ready. Upon arrival I determined that I was charged labor for the replacement of the broken tensioner. Over $1300 dollars later they still had not stated what was causing the loss of power "until" I asked. Miraculously it was determined that my "fan motor assembly" was pulling power and likely the cause. So after almost 3 days and 1300 dollars I still need to pay someone to replace the fan motor...it will not be these guys or this company. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE FOR WORK !! Update 8/1/2022 Two weeks later I have not received a reply from the corporate office regarding the information "they requested" in their response to my original post. I sent receipts to the email address provided as soon as I noted an official response from the company. Also, it appears that someone stole my driver side floor mat while the vehicle was in the care of Firestone as well. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR ANYTHING !!Services: Electrical
One of the better firestones on the area. They needed to order parts for my vehicle, They did so promptly and called me when the part was there so in the meantime I could drive. Service was personal and friendly
Been going there for several years now. They let you know things about your car and what you might have to do and let you make the decision on how you want to handle it.
They shut down early and I couldn’t pick up my car. No mention of change in hours when they called me to pick up the vehicle
I made an appointment through car advise because they offer discounted prices for being an Uber or Lyft driver which I am. And I recently had a code pop up on my car so I wanted to get it checked out. Well they did a diagnostic test which ends up being like $85 through car advice which save me about I believe $25 compared to the regular pricing. And they ended up finding just a bunch of old codes that weren't even active anymore. So they cleared out my codes and it turned out I didn't need any work done on my car so they ended up not even making me pay for it. Which I really appreciated. Because I had a guy come out and look at my car through another company a couple weeks before this and the same codes came up and he advised that I get it worked on and that it would be like $400. So I tried to make a another appointment with them to get the work done but they were taking so long to get back to me I end up taking it here to Firestone . I'm so glad that the guys at Firestone actually told me that they weren't active and didn't just try and do the work so they can make the money like the other guy was going to do. Thanks Firestone!! When my car does need some work I'll bring it there!
Ben bailed me out of a tricky situation. It was the day before my 16 hour drive back home and my wheels needed rebalanced. I called and spoke to Ben, brought my car in and it was done quicker than expected. They did a great job and I'm happy they were able to help me in an emergency situation.
My car drives worse after taking it to this shop. I brought the car back and a day later they to said nothing is wrong and the car is driving fine. There is a noise and an alignment issue but they are saying I never asked them to fix this, how could I if it didn't exist before I had them work on the car. They blamed me for not telling them to fix the car correctly! I was asked to pay more money but they couldn't tell me that it would actually fix the issue.
