I have only good things to say about my experience at Gaudin Ford Service. All of the staff and management is very friendly, professional and helpful. Honorable mention goes to Ron Werner, he recently joined the team as a Service Advisor and is basically a ROCK STAR. This guy knows how to get stuff done very efficiently and for the right price too! Ask for Ron as your Service Advisor if you want the BEST service experience! Excellent communication with both Ron and the General Service Manager T Soto. These guys have done a great job and I'll be going back to them as long as I have my Fusion. Other than that, there is a spacious waiting room with TONS of snacks and really cool cars to look at on the showroom floor! They even have an Enterprise Car Rental ON SITE. 5 STARS! I highly recommend Gaudin Ford.

I have only come here for service a few times over the years for my 2004 Crown Victoria P71 that I bought at the Metro Police Auction 7 years ago . Luckily it was a Detective Vehicle and not a Patrol Vehicle so it had less than 100,000 miles and was well taken care of . I only paid $2,300 for it ! The only repair I have done is replaced the Heavy Duty Alternator about 2 years after I got it and just oil and fluid changes , brakes and tires . Remarkable ! Yes it doesn't get Toyota gas mileage , but I pay less than $100 a month car insurance and it's never broken down on me and I've driven it to Tahoe before . It still has less than 150,000 miles on it . The only complaint I have is when I come in for an oil change and tire rotation they never put on the center caps tightly . I've had salesmen looking at my car when I pull out of service and me walking around the car popping my center caps in place . I had one pop off the first time I took it there , so I check every single time before I hit the road and every time at least 2 are not on correctly . I get the Works Treatment which is a Synthetic Blend Oil Change , Tire Rotation , Check Fluids , Car Wash , etc . The waiting room is nice and clean with coffee and stuff , magazines , and a big TV . They sometimes have old cars in the lobby which I am an old car nut , so that is cool . I have taken a few pictures over the years that I will include here . I had to order my brakes and rotors from parts before which I thought they should have had in stock with so many old P71 Crown Vics on the road here in Las Vegas .

Javier the sales person was amazing! He helped me buy the 2022 Ford bronco sport, Explain all the details and made the process of buying this vehicle very easy and comfortableI tried multiple dealerships and it was very hard to find a car and also a good customer service. Thank you for the amazing customer service I Highly recommend!

Stopped by to cash in on my Ford Pass Points. They had the parts in stock! Everyone I delt with was friendly & helpful. Several nice vehicles in the sales lobby. Hope to try out their service department one day. Thanks!

I made an appointment with AJ to see about selling my vehicle to the dealership and he was was so cordial and friendly from the time the appointment was made to the end of the process. I was amazed at his demeanor and great customer service skills and most of all, he never tried to sell me another car. He knew exactly was I wanted and needed and proceeded to help me with my car. The whole process took about 1.5 hours and AJ was informative in every step. I highly recommend AJ at Gaudin Ford if you are looking to sell or trade in your car. It is not recommended for you to buy a car here. The sales staff and their sales manager of this store do not abide by business ethics very much. I had already paid the deposit and confirmed the price, but they still tried many tricks to raise the price so that you could sign the confirmation document. They were very unprofessional and damaged the image of the Ford brand

Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Sergio kept in touch throughout the process providing updates as they came in for my new car build. He always took the time to answer my questions and promptly called me back when he was not immediately available. I got my new car and it is better than I thought it would be. I HIGHLY recommend them!!

Excellent experience with this dealership. I ordered a Ford Maverick from them. Despite the delay in manufacture can't blame the dealership for that the dealership was responsive to all my inquiries. Kyle from sales was especially helpful throughout the process and I would highly recommend working with him. MSRP was honored. Kyle did an excellent job of reviewing all the features in my truck to make sure I had an idea of how to best use it. Overall a positive experience.
