AutoZone on 5316 York road baltimore These guys are good. Solid team, knowledgeable, quick on their feet and very enthusiastic. The Manager Brandon M. is doing a good job with those guys and Trey C. was extremely helpful at the desk. Top notch service all around. And I can’t say enough how enthusiastic these guys were. They have a very good energy around them, and a good sense of teamwork. I’m definitely going to be coming back to this location again for sure. Keep up the good work guys. It matters and it shows.

Great place, I find everything I need for my car. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable . Store is always stocked ,as well as in order and clean...Hats off to the staff and management of this location. Keep up the great work..

Brandon from the morning shift helped me so much as a first time buyer for my car he even came outside to help me ! I’ll definitely be coming back.

On Saturday I came in to purchase rotors with my father in law. The staff was very helpful in finding the rotors that I needed in another location. I was informed by the staff that I had a warranty on my old rotors, so I would bring them back afterwards. I returned to the same store later that day. I met the Manager Brandon and another gentlemen named Tay. Very nice guys. I appreciate them being very professional and patient. Both very knowledgeable about what they were doing. I observed them helping another gentlemen purchasing a battery for his wife. They were very helpful. Great customer service. I will be returning again to purchase future parts.

The store manager has exhibited subpar customer service and lack of knowledgeable employees as well as apparently overworked staff. Please reform or remove the current management.

Since my son in to get a part rep Josh tell him they didnt have it...I look online with the part in hand just like my son did go to josh show him the in store website and he walks in the back and get the part...dude dont waste my time next time

I was able to walk in pick up the items I needed and get right out no long wait.

I went here today to get a light bulb for my truck and the staff went above and beyond to help me out and get the light in. I really appreciate all of you guys and your the best store for customer service I will deal with only this auto zone

I'm not sure but economy may have affected some parts stores, with replacement of stock and finding knowledgeable employees. I'm not trying to disrespect employees, they're working "have a job ", it used to be many part store guys were basic mechanics, many stores had small machine shops in the back, yea times change. I still like the prices on many car parts they are competitive. Ps: I also like napa stores.
