Went there when I was just 7 weeks pregnant, Had my baby and she is now almost 4 months. Avail was and still continue to be the best support system I have ever had. Such beautiful people who truly care about you and your child.

I found them online after having a scare. The environment was super comforting- meaning that I really wasn't intimidated at all. The staff seemed like they would support my decision no matter what it was. And they had super helpful information on both results, which I think most places lacked. Would recommended to anyone going through this.

Five stars to counteract negative reviews that are part of an organized smear campaign. I have investigated Avail NYC's website, and while they neither are nor claim to be a comprehensive medical clinic, they do provide pregnancy tests, counseling/emotional support, educational resources, and can refer qualifying clients for FREE ultrasounds to "confirm a viable pregnancy identify if your pregnancy is located in your uterus (not ectopic); and give you a more accurate idea of how far along your pregnancy is." As a young woman, it's good to know that there are places like this available.

Avail claims to offer free pregnancy and after abortion support services however they do not provide medical services. The website does not offer any information about abortion nor do they provide referrals to medical clinics that do offer abortions. If you want to discuss abortion or birth control options, go to a real heath care provider.

Careful! Avail doesn't have any licensed medical providers, they are staffed by anti-abortion groups. They offer drugstore pregnancy tests and pro-life counseling while spreading false information about abortion. They do not offer any services regarding abortion, emergency contraception, or birth control. This is a counseling center designed to steer pregnant women toward parenting or adoption.
