NYU Langone Maternal Fetal Care Center

I have been going here throughout my pregnancy and have had a few (but major) issues. First is they failed to tell me that I had low lying placenta.. they told me everything looked good and I could continue my regular routine. Then i get an urgent phone call from my doctor after reviewing the ultrasound and said to stop any physical activities immediately including working out and having sex. Another visit i went to, all of my chart information was wrong. They didn’t know how far along i was, when i was due, when my last appointment was, or any basic information except for my name. This was shocking to me and made me feel like their staff and system was incompetent. My Last issue I had was this past week. My doctor said she wanted to check the growth and positioning of the baby and told me to schedule an ultrasound before my next checkup (I am at every two weeks at this point). I called FOUR times throughout the week, leaving messages to schedule a simple appointment. Not one person has called me back and to say it’s extremely frustrating is an understatement. If i was not so far along in my pregnancy, i would switch immediately. If you are doing your research on places to get your ultrasound, i would NOT go here!

One star is too high for the quality of care here. Save your health by going elsewhere.

Don't know what everyone is complaining about! We had a beautiful experience. Went every week for 22 weeks and we were treated like king and queen.

Would give zero stars if possible. Horrible office. Horrible staff. I was 20 minutes late because of insane NYC traffic. My husband was on time and filled out all of the paperwork waiting for me. they refused to see me. To all women with high risk pregnancies. Do yourself a favor and do not deal with these people because you will not find a stress free experience. They are rude and have no concept of patient care.

I hate this place, they don't listen. I was supposed to be Cerclaged and the doctor refused it saying she don't see anything wrong. My doc told her my history and she still refused long story short I lost my baby at 4 months. I will never go back here!
