I wanted to share this because I have been at these apartments for 3 years now. I’ve been through several managers and Jenifer and Brandon were absolutely fantastic, now Brooke has stepped in and is amazing. Maintenance on the other hand has been trash. I put in a work order and it gets completed 2 months later. I am talking essential things needing attention like my fridge and stove needed maintenance. I talked to the maintenance guys when I seen them and they would tell me it’s not on my list to do. I have 3 kids and the stove wasn’t working and I had to take them out to eat so we can survive. They hired a guy named AARON and I seen him and told him my issue and he had it fixed that next day. I don’t work to pay for a nice place to be told “ it’s not on my list“. Aaron thank you for your hard work and willingness to get the job done. I am saving more money not going out to eat because you fixed my stove and fridge. I am now happy and feel secure that things will get fixed when I need it to be done. Good pick The Erica please keep him around .
The new management staff is amazing. Brook the new manager is very dedicated to making this community a great place to live. My mom has lived there for several years and I hate to say the last few years it went down hill fast lack of maintenance staff and the office people and managers were just awful. I had the pleasure a few months ago to finally meet Brook and I have to say she is top notch. Can't wait to see what the future holds.
I don't recommend moving here. I've been here for a year, the main thing I've had a problem with is maintenance taking months to get to you. In January, I had 3 work orders submitted and it took them until April to give us a visit. My dad ended up having to fix what was wrong because they took so long to get to us. Fast forward to today, I've had a broken garbage disposal since September. Our lease is about to be over and it has not been looked at. Could be their app messing up, but even that has been an issue this entire year with the wrong Rent amount being due. Honestly just unprofessional that's it. You don't get what you pay for.
Nice Apartments, but the staff never responds to your calls or Voicemails. I’ve been trying to get rent issues handled, and unfortunately their hours coincide with my work hours, so I can never make it into the office, and NO ONE returns calls, even if you mark them as Urgent. Now I’ve got late fees, and still no help figuring out my situation, since they decided to change portals On a Pay Day, 1 Week before Rent was due.

Don’t feel like writing a full review right now, but main issue is that today is January 26, 2023. MY HEATER HAS BEEN BROKEN SINCE DECEMBER 22, 2022 and they haven’t done anything about it despite multiple attempts of me asking them to please fix it. Emergency maintenance came by on 12/22 but my heater needed a part so he couldn’t do anything then. On 12/23 the complex had people here to fix everyones’ issues , but the person who came to fix mine just messed with it, and then on his way out told me he needed a part and that was it. Didn’t say if or when he was coming back. He never came back and my heater is still broken. Been bothering the office ever since but all they say is they’ll get on it and then they don’t. I’M TIRED OF LIVING IN THE COLD. But they don’t care. On top of that, I have other maintenance requests I’ve been waiting on since November 15, 2022. The website says luxury but this complex is far from it. Way overpriced for what you’re getting. Also new resident portal that makes you pay a “convenience” fee to pay rent, even with ACH Checking. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Also @ JACOB who said your team “worked throughout the holiday weekend to restore water and heat to all units affected,” you are a LIAR!! If this is true why isn’t my heater fixed yet? It’s been a whole month that it’s been broken.
i’ve lived here for the past couple of years and I don’t think I’ve ever had a more hands-on maintenance man. Aaron has came out a couple of times to assist with the sink and the air filter as well as my blinds. he’s always came in with a really good attitude willing to fix anything needed to be fixed and I really appreciate that. having people on your team that make people feel like this is their home is so important. keep up the hard work aaron. we appreciate you
Experience has not been well. Pool is never open, not even on holidays like today and the kids out of school, jacuzzi has been down for over year, no security, takes forever to get the work orders in and something fixed, the phones are never answered, trash valet you pay for doesn’t pick up trash. There is a new property manager who is sweet but when she’s not around her staff doesn’t care. Overall this has been a bad experience. I do appreciate the new managers effort, but unless you talk to her personally, nothing is fixed or handled. The new staff is not welcome or friendly now. They are very neglectful.
Cannot get property on the phone, in 45 days I have been to the office four times and they close early or no one is available to talk to, I have sent five emails, I have called a total of 21 times I have documented every time I called, still have not spoke to the office. The maintenance does not respond. You pay for trash pick up and no one picks up the trash. Do not believe these google reviews, they asked me to do my previous review if they took care of my work orders!
Extremely grateful for the new property manager Brook. Your efficiency & professionalism doesn't go unnoticed. Along with the work your performing around the apartments it's definitely noticed more than you know. Thank you & welcome aboard respectfully.
